Think of it like a fair... Admission into the fair (fest) is free.  You can stroll around, see the sights (artwork),
talk to people, observe... even purchase concessions.  But if you want to go on a ride (see an event), it costs
so many tickets (shots of estrogen.)  Some rides cost 1 shot.  Some rides cost 1/2 a shot.  Figure out how
many rides you want to go on, and purchase that many shots.  Of course the more you buy, the more you save. 
And if you don't want to fuss with tickets and math, buy the ALL EST FEST PASS and come and go whenever you please.
